2005- Went from Marquês de Pomal to Fátima 150 km , Portugal.

2005 - I walked from Guimarães ,(Portugal) to

Santiago de Compostela (capital of galicia). I did 275km in 11 days of walking.

2004 - 24 hours non-stop under 5ºc - Marianplast,Munich, Germany.

2003 - I climbed the Cristo Redentor 939 mts non-stop, Brazil.

2002 - I went from Rio de Janeiro to Minas Gerais 215km , Brazil.

2002- 25 hours non stop at Cinelândia, Rio de Janeiro , Brazil.

1998 - the first to run São Silvestre Backwards, São Paulo, Brazil.

What is the Backwards runner?, and want to serve?

The reverse gear works laterality, balance, coordination, rhythm and reduces impact on joints
